FashionCherries Returns Policy

At FashionCherries we want you to enjoy and have fun with the products you buy from us. For a limited time you can return your item(s) to FashionCherries within 14 days of delivery of receipt for a refund or to exchange for something that is just right for you. Late returns up to 30 days may only be eligible for a credit note. The decision to issue a credit note will be made on an individual order basis and if a customer has an account with us. We can offer you either a full refund, or exchange your purchase if you are not completely happy or if your product is faulty. We hope you understand that there are a few exceptions around returning used consumable products (like personal hygiene products, pierced jewellery, underwear with removed seal etc). Please note that all items must be returned in original condition and branded packaging with all labels and tags still in place. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund in the event that the products is found to have been used, tags removed, factory seals broken, suffered damage after delivery or have been misused.

Defective Goods

Defective products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date you place your order, therefore please inspect all items upon receipt and email us at sales@fashioncherries.co.uk as soon as possible if any of your goods are faulty. For damage and part loss claims the damaged contents and all the packaging, including inner and outer, must be retained and presented upon request. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product and it is not faulty as soon as possible upon receiving the parcel. If you fail to notify us within 7 days of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in a working condition.

How To Return Or Exchange?

1. Before you return the goods to FashionCherries you must inform us by emailing at - Include your transaction number, name, address and as much information as possible.

2. You’ll get a return slip from us with the instructions. Package your item(s) securely, please include the invoice that was sent with your order and post it back using the instructions given of the return slip. We recommend that you return your item to us by Recorded Delivery Post as these can be tracked or claimed for in the event of loss in transit. All returned products must be unworn / unused with labels still in place and returned in original packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned?

Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned. Below is the list of items that are non-returnable: that pierced jewellery, cosmetics where the seal has been broken, underwear and swimwear where ’hygiene patch’ has been removed.

We also ask that lingerie and swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, with the seal in place. Your refund may be declined if you don’t follow our hygiene policy. Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - usually within 7 days of us receiving your returned product in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will automatically refund you or credit your account with points and let you know via email. However, under the European Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you may not be refunded delivery costs, or delivery costs might be deducted from your refund if you used our free shipping and/or specifically requested express/48hr/24hr delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and the safe return of the item/s.

Remember, refunds can only be given on items, which are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
